One of the most sought after goals of being healthy is to lose weight. Many people (including myself) have tried variety of fad diets, some may have succeeded for a while and some have failed (that was me).
As we all know the old ways of “Calories in and Calories out” no longer applies, since our food has changed dramatically, but our bodies have not been able to adapt to all the toxins (additives) in the food.
I believe that weight-loss is a by-product of being healthy. As the first step I will look at where you are now and identify areas in your life style that can help you with better weight management. This can include nutrition, physical activities and stress management.
