Health Coaching

We all have a desire to make choices that promote and improve our health and well-being. Whether we are recovering from an existing condition, trying to prevent any serious issues or simply trying to keep up with the kids. However, it’s common to feel uncertain about where or how to begin, even if we know what needs to be done. Changing long-standing habits can be overwhelming and challenging, leaving us feeling stuck.

A Health coach will address these by starting right where you are, focusing on your unique needs and objectives, and proceeding at a pace that suits you. The health coach also plays a major role in helping you identify what truly matters to you – uncovering your strong ‘WHY’ – and keeping it at the forefront as you set new goals and make impactful choices for your future.

With a wealth of knowledge, skills, and resources, a Health Coach will serve as your supportive ally, guiding you through the obstacles and hindrances that might otherwise keep you stuck. They also hold you accountable on your journey towards achieving your desired goal(s).

As a qualified professional health coach I will work directly with you, either independently or in collaboration with a doctor or other healthcare expert. We can provide in-person or remote sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose, based on with your preferences and circumstances, regardless of location.
